The 'fourth trimester' is a sacred and often challenging time. Historically, new mothers were surrounded by a community of women who provided care, guidance, and support. Today, with families often living far apart, that essential support system has been lost. As a Dutch citizen raising my two boys in Orange County, far from my own family, I've lived firsthand the challenges of navigating early parenthood without a built-in support system. I believe that new mothers deserve to feel nurtured and cared for. My passion as a postpartum doula comes from a deep desire to help build the 'village' for other families. I provide nurturing care, practical support, and compassionate guidance so you can focus on healing and bonding with your baby.
